Richard Offenberg
Richard Offenberg (born May 10, 1854 in Münster , † April 23, 1910 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .
Life
The Prussian was sworn in in 1875. In 1884 he became a district judge and in 1894 a district judge. In the same year he was promoted to council. In 1889 he was appointed district court director. In 1907 he came to the First Criminal Senate of the Reich Court . He died in 1910.
