Richard Requelme , full name Richard Gabriel Requelme Chiappa , (born September 6, 1980 in Salto ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.88 meter tall midfielder Requelme was at the beginning of his career from 2002 to the end of 2004 in the ranks of Club Sportivo Cerrito . In the 2004 season he was used in 30 first division games. He didn't score a goal. He then worked for Delfin SC in the first half of 2005 . In early July 2005 he returned to Cerrito, played in the following year and a half across the seasons 27 games in the Primera División and scored one goal. In the Clausura 2007, Central Español was his employer. There he ran - without a personal goal - in eight first division matches. From August 2007 he continued his career at Club Atlético Cerro . One goal in 19 premier league appearances are for him with the Montevideans in the 2007/08 season. In July 2009, the Azerbaijani club Standard Baku signed him. In the Premyer Liqası he met three times in 28 missions and also came twice (no goal) in the national cup competition to train. In early July 2010, he moved to Boston River . In mid-September 2013 he joined the Sportivo Atlético Club Las Parejas .
