Richard Reschika

Richard Reschika (* 1962 in Kronstadt ) is a German author and translator of Romanian origin.

Career

Richard Reschika studied in Freiburg i.Br. and Heidelberg German studies, art history and philosophy. In 1989/90 he worked as curator of the Friedrich Nietzsche Museum in Sils-Maria / Switzerland. In 1990 he received his doctorate on Paul Celan's late poetry . After several years of working as a lecturer in various publishing houses in Switzerland and Germany (including Herder Verlag , Freiburg), he has been working as a freelance editor, author and translator from Romanian and English since 1995. Important publications and a. about Mircea Eliade , Emil Cioran and Friedrich Nietzsche , as well as books on religion , spirituality and mysticism .
