Richard Ringelmann
Richard Ringelmann (born December 22, 1889 in Munich , † May 14, 1965 ) was a German ministerial official in the Bavarian financial administration and state secretary .
Richard Ringelmann studied law and political science with a doctorate after attending school at Munich University. He initially worked as a parliamentary stenographer and then from 1919 to 1954 in the Bavarian Ministry of Finance, in particular as an expert on compensation issues. There he went through a career up to ministerial director and, after a temporary dismissal in 1946 due to his membership in the NSDAP, finally served in the Ehard III cabinet from 1950 to 1954 as State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.
During the Weimar Republic he belonged to the BVP , then to the NSDAP , in the Federal Republic he oriented himself towards the CSU .
