Riedhof is a hamlet and part of the municipality of Hohenkammer in the Upper Bavarian district of Freising . Riedhof is located five kilometers northeast of Hohenkammer and belongs to the Schlipps district .

It was first mentioned in a document as a wasteland in 843. In the 14th century, Riedhof was attached to the Hohenkammer church. In 1655 Georg Christoph von Haslang bought the Riedhof for 500 guilders.

On January 1, 1972, the municipality of Schlipps was dissolved as part of the municipal reorganization in Bavaria . The place Schlipps and the community parts Riedhof, Deutldorf, Eglhausen, Kleinkammerberg and Unterwohlbach were reclassified to Hohenkammer . The Oberkienberg district came to Allershausen .

The most striking building in Riedhof is the neo-Gothic chapel built at the end of the 19th century . 500 m southeast of the chapel is a prehistoric burial mound, which has been classified as an archaeological site monument of the Freising district.
