Rija Juvence Rakotomandimby (born November 21, 1982) is a Malagasy football player who plays for Fanilo Japan Actuels and the Malagasy national football team.
From 2003 to December 2006, Rakotomandimby played for the Malagasy club Stade Olympique de l'Emyrne in midfield. In January 2007 he finally moved to USCA Foot from Antananarivo . In addition to his involvement in club football, he is a national player in his country and took part in qualifying for the football World Cup in 2002 , 2006 and 2010 . He played eight times and scored two goals.
