decisions
At the congress, which lasted almost a month, questions about the further development of the organization and its structure were discussed. A central committee (leadership body of WMORO) was elected Dame Gruew, Pere Toshev and Todor Popantow (from the revolutionary region of Serres). As so-called foreign representatives (representative of the organization in Bulgaria) Dimitar Stefanow (from the Revolutionary Region Adrianople), Gjortsche Petrow and Petar Poparsow (founder of WMORO) were elected. For the editor of the official organ of the organization, Revoljuzionen list (bulg. Революционен лист, to German about Revolutionary Journal) Dimo Hadschidimow was elected.
It was also decided to rename the "Secret Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organization" to "Inner Macedonian-Adrianople Revolutionary Organization" and set an ultimatum to dissolve the rival Macedonian-Adrianople Supreme Committee (WMOK). The ultimatum was accepted by the WMOK chairman Ivan Zontschew , which led to the merger of the two organizations.
