The Middle Rimo Glacier is located in the eastern Karakoram in the Indian union territory of Ladakh .
The Middle Rimo Glacier is 44 km long. It flows in a south-easterly direction through the eastern part of the Rimo Muztagh mountain range . The Chinese border runs along the mountain range framing it to the north. From the left the Northern Rimo Glacier joins the Middle Rimo Glacier. The 7,233 m high Rimo III is located on the south side of the glacier. The southern Rimo glacier runs further south. Both glaciers - the Middle and the Southern Rimo Glacier - end a few meters apart and together feed the Shyok , a right tributary of the Indus .
