Rindebotnen (Norwegian for mountain cauldron ) is, as the name suggests, a mountain cauldron in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It is located in the northeast face of the Borga in the Borg massif .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it on the basis of geodetic surveys and with the help of aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
