Ristiina [ ˈristiːnɑ ] is a former municipality in the Finnish countryside of South Savo . It has been part of the town of Mikkeli since 2013 .

Ristiina is located in the south of the eastern Finnish landscape of South Savo, 21 kilometers south of the city center of Mikkeli in the eastern Finnish lake district .
