Ritscher Canyon

The Ritscher Canyon is a deep-sea trench in the Riiser Larsen Sea off the Princess Ragnhild Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land .
It is named after the German polar explorer Alfred Ritscher (1879–1963), head of the German Antarctic Expedition 1938/39 .
