The River Laneshaw is a watercourse in Lancashire , England . It arises as Laneshaw Brook from the confluence of several unnamed short tributaries on the southern edge of Ickornshaw Moor and flows north and flows through the Laneshaw Reservoir, which when leaving it turns west and takes the name River Laneshaw. It flows through the place Laneshaw Bridge and forms on the east edge of Colne with the Wycoller Beck that Colne Water forms.
