Robert-Jean Longuet

Robert Jean Gustave Longuet (born December 9, 1901 in Paris , † March 17, 1987 ibid) was a French lawyer and journalist.

Longuet was a son of Jean Longuet and like his father a member of the Association juridique internationale . In the period before the Second World War he was an influential fighter against colonialism , particularly against the policies of France in Morocco .

In 1977 he published a biography of his great-grandfather Karl Marx ( Karl Marx: mon arrière-grand-père ), which was published in 1979 by Dietz Verlag under the title Karl Marx, my great-grandfather .
