Robert "Bertl" Baumgartner (born January 13, 1973 in St. Pölten ) is an Austrian musician and until 2014 was the drummer of the band Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung .
Baumgartner attended school in Neulengbach and completed an apprenticeship as a piano maker . He worked in this profession for several years. Baumgartner began his music career as a studio musician for producer Leo Bei . Among other things, he worked on the CD Raps und Rülpsen by Sigi Maron . At the farewell tour of the band Alkbottle he replaced Peter Wagner, who had left the band. From 1998 to 2014 he was a member of the First General Uncertainty . He replaced Alex Deutsch , who had dropped out due to illness .
