Robert Huber (born May 30, 1975 in Muri AG ) is a Swiss football player and agricultural scientist.

Career

The right full-back Huber completed his football training with the juniors of FC Muri. In the 1991/92 season he also played for the first time in the first team of the amateur club in the second and later in the third-class first division.

There he was discovered by FC Zurich and in 1995 he moved to FC Zurich in the National League A. At FC Zurich, he played a hundred games by the summer of 1999. A (2010 completed) Agronomy to complete -Studies at the ETH Zurich, he moved then to FC Winterthur in the National League B . In Winterthur he played during the club's financial crisis and after the departure of Gábor Gerstenmájer he became captain of the team in 2001 and held this position until he retired from professional football in 2005. After retiring in Winterthur, he returned to FC Muri and played there for two seasons in the then fourth-class 2nd league interregional .
