Robert J. Fisher
Robert J. Fisher (born August 26, 1954 ) is an American entrepreneur and head of the largest textile chain in the USA, Gap Inc.
Life
Fisher is the son of the founders of Gap Inc., Donald Fisher and Doris F. Fisher. He attended Princeton University and Stanford University , which he left with a degree in economics. In 1980 he became store manager at Gap and in 1992 he became vice president of the company. Since 1997 he has been its president.
Fisher is married to Elizabeth S. Fisher. The couple have three children together. According to the US business magazine Forbes, the entrepreneur's net worth is around 1.5 billion US dollars (as of February 2016). This puts him in 949th place on Forbes' list of the richest people in the world.
