Robert Janás (born April 30, 1973 in Brno ) is a Czech art historian , author and photographer .

Career

In 1991 Janás began studying at Masaryk University in Brno, which he completed in 1998 with a Master of Arts . In 2002 Janás wrote his dissertation Moravian Art Association v letech 1882-1918, dějiny a výstavní činnost spolku . From 1998 to 2003 Janás was a lecturer at Masaryk University. Since 2005 he has been a lecturer at the Charles University in Prague .

Janás published several novels such as "Modrá mlha" ("The Blue Fog") in 1998 and "Smaragdové lampy. Lamps of Emerald" in 2003. He also wrote several non-fiction books.
