Robert MacNaughton
Robert A. MacNaughton (born December 19, 1966 in New York City ) is an American actor .
Life
MacNaughton worked in several films between 1980 and 1988 and most recently as a guest actor in television series. He gained fame in 1982 at the age of 15 as a supporting actor in ET - The Extra Terrestrial , directed by Steven Spielberg . MacNaughton received the Young Artist Award for the role of Elliott's brother Michael .
However, he was never really able to build on this world success in the acting business. In the early 1990s MacNaughton moved to Phoenix ( Arizona ) and tried as a stage actor with moderate yield. To make money, MacNaughton began working as a postal worker for the United States Postal Service in Phoenix in the early 2000s . In 2015 he celebrated with supporting roles in the independent thriller Laugh Killer Laugh and the horror film Frankenstein vs. The Mummy made his comeback as a film actor after almost 30 years. As of 2020, this has remained his last film appearances so far.
MacNaughton was married to longtime girlfriend Jennifer Butler from 2002 to 2010. On July 2, 2012, he married the American actress Bianca Hunter . He has lived in Mountain Lakes since his wedding to Hunter and worked as a postman for a private provider in New Jersey . MacNaughton has a son and three step-sons through his marriage to Bianca Hunter.
