Robert McLane

Robert Joel McLane (born August 4, 1944 in Macon , Georgia , † September 30, 1992 in Riverside , California ) was an American actor. He also called himself Robert Joel .

McLane graduated from Furman University . His career began in the 1970s, starring in the films Little Murders and Blue Summers , among others . His most famous role was that of Paul in Russ Meyer's film Over, Under and On (in the original Up! ). In A very natural thing , McLane played a homosexual with Bo White . After that, he was openly homosexual in real life as well. On Broadway, he appeared in Arthur L. Kopit's Little Murders .

Robert McLane died of AIDS on September 30, 1992 .
