Robert Mehlen (born May 12, 1949 in Luxembourg City ) is a Luxembourgish farmer, politician and honorary president of the ADR .

Robert Mehlen attended the agricultural school in Ettelbrück and joined his parents' business in 1965. He was a full-time farmer until he was elected to parliament in June 1989. He lives in Manternach and has a son and a daughter. From 1981 to 1989 he was a member of the supervisory board and then until 2008 a member of the management board or deputy chairman of the management board of Milch-Union Hocheifel eG. From 1979 to 1998 he was president of the “Free Luxembourg Farmers Association” (FLB) and from 1986 to 1998 honorary editor-in-chief of the monthly “Fräie Bauer”.

From July 18, 1989 to June 7, 2009 Mehlen was ADR member of the Chambre des Députés for the constituency of the East. From December 8, 1991 to March 25, 2012 he was party president of the ADR and was subsequently named honorary president. He is a member of the municipal council in the municipality of Manternach and is chairman of the municipal sustainability commission.
