Robert Niestroj
Robert "Pico" Niestroj (born December 2, 1974 in Opole , Poland ) is a German football player .
career
His first steps in the youth field were at TSV Eller 04 , where his talent was recognized early and he moved to Fortuna Düsseldorf in 1991 .
After several years of consistently good performance, he moved to Wolverhampton Wanderers in England during the winter break of the 1998/99 season for DM 1,200,000 . Further stations were 1. FC Nürnberg , Iraklis Saloniki , Fortuna Düsseldorf, FC Sachsen Leipzig , UMF Grindavík and Prussia Münster . Most recently Robert Niestroj played in the second Greek division for Panserraikos FC . In the 2007/08 season he played for the upper division club SV Straelen in North Rhine-Westphalia .
Niestroj works as a trainer in the junior division at Fortuna Düsseldorf.
