The FC Panserraikos is a Greek football club from Serres , in the Gamma Ethniki fourth, Greece League plays.
history
The club was created in 1964 from the merger of the two local clubs Iraklis and Apollon . After the establishment, Panserraikos played regularly in the first Greek league until the 1970s. In 1992 the northern Greeks went down to the Beta Ethniki for the last time, and a year later they went straight to the Gamma Ethniki . After further promotions and relegations, the club played in the second division until 2008 and then rose to the Super League as a sovereign leader and 16 years of abstinence . However, Panserraikos could not hold the class and was relegated back to the second division a year later. As the winner of the playoffs in 2009/10, the club again made it to Greece's top division, but again the team rose again.
