Robert Rehm

Robert Wilhelm Peter Rehm (born September 30, 1926 - † January 25, 2012 ) was a German politician ( SPD ), member of the district council and district president .

Life

From 1961 to 1988 Rehm was the rector of the elementary and secondary school at Roggenfeld, now the Rosenstadtschule in Uetersen . He was a member of the SPD, from 1962 to 1986 a member of the Uetersen council assembly . From 1964 to 1976 he held the office of the 1st city ​​council and was deputy mayor . He participated in several committees, was chairman of the supervisory board of the Uetersen railway and from June 14, 1976 to March 31, 1986 he was the mayor of the city of Uetersen. Robert Rehm was a member of the district council from 1959 and from 1970 to 1974 district president of the Pinneberg district . Then Rehm was 1st Deputy District President until 1986.

Rehm was awarded the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Medal in 1981 for his services to local self-government . For his further work, including in the school and culture committee of the Pinneberg district, he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 1987 . In June 2005, he was honored as a member of the district council for more than ten years in the district council of the Pinneberg district.
