Robert Van Eenaeme (born August 27, 1916 in Wondelgem , † March 8, 1959 in Marche-en-Famenne ) was a Belgian cyclist .

Robert Van Eenaeme was a professional from 1939 to 1949 with a two-year hiatus due to the war . His greatest successes were three victories in the Gent – ​​Wevelgem race in 1936, 1937 - as an independent - and 1945 as a professional. In his third win, he was only declared the winner a week after the race, after a photo had shown that he and not Maurice Van Herzele had crossed the finish line first. Together with Rik Van Looy , Eddy Merckx , Tom Boonen and Mario Cipollini he is one of the record winners of this race. In 1942 he won the Omloop van België and the Flanders Championship . In the same year he finished third in the Tour of Flanders .

Van Eenaeme died of a traffic accident at the age of 42.
