Robert Williams (born January 24, 1841 in Franklin County (Pennsylvania) , † December 10, 1914 in Washington, DC ) was an American archer .

At the 1904 Olympic Games in St. Louis , he won two silver medals in individual competitions and with his team, the Potomac Archers , the gold medal of the team round.

In addition, he was American champion in the Double York round in 1883, 1885 and 1902 and six times in the Double American Round variant .

Williams had fought in the Civil War; he served in the army since 1861, where he made it to the rank of colonel. Later he was a senior tax officer. He died of pneumonia.
