Roberto Bergamaschi
Roberto Bergamaschi SDB (born December 17, 1954 in San Donato Milanese , Italy ) is appointed Vicar Apostolic of Awassa .
Life
Roberto Bergamaschi joined the order of the Salesians of Don Bosco and made temporary profession on September 8, 1975 . He made his perpetual profession on September 13, 1981. Bergamaschi received on October 2 in 1982 by the Apostolic Vicar of Awassa, Armido Gasparini MCCJ , the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 29 June 2016 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Ambia and ordered him to the Apostolic Vicar of Awassa.
