Roberto Sosa

Roberto Sosa (born April 18, 1930 in Yoro , † May 23, 2011 in Tegucigalpa ) was a Honduran writer.

Life

Sosa came from a very humble background; even as a child he had to work to support his family. The first attempts at writing date from his youth. His fame grew slowly and steadily and with his appointment as editor of the magazine "Presente" he had reached the first high point of his career.

As such, he was later entrusted with a teaching position at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (Tegucigalpa) for a few years . Most recently he lived as a freelance writer in the capital of his home country.
