Roberto Totaro

Roberto Totaro (* 1957 in Belluno ) is an Italian graphic artist and comic artist who became known through the series Nirvana .

biography

After graduating from high school, Totaro studied at the Accademia di belle arti di Venezia . He completed his studies with a thesis on the illustration of science fiction literature. He then worked as a comic artist and commercial artist for the Mondadori publishing house for the Italian editions of Disney's Mickey Mouse ( Topolino ) and Rolf Caucasus Fix and Foxi .

From 1995 to 2003 he worked for the French comic magazine Pif Gadget . During this time he also met the Italian comic artist Giorgio Cavazzano , with whom he carried out joint projects.
