Rodrigo Izquierdo , full name Rodrigo Andrés Izquierdo Díaz , (born November 19, 1992 in San Ramón ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.70 meter tall defensive player Izquierdo has been a member of the youth teams of Club Atlético Cerro since 2010 . He has been with the first division team at least since the 2013/14 season. The Montevideo club did not play a competitive game in that 2013/14 season. In the 2014/15 season, in which on September 7, 2014 in the 0: 4 away defeat at Tacuarembó FC celebrated his season debut with a starting eleven, he was used three times in the Primera División . During the 2015/16 season, he made four first division appearances and another in the 2016 season. During the current 2017 season he has played 22 times in the league and twice in the Copa Libertadores 2017 (as of July 22, 2017) . He can not yet show a competitive match for Cerro.
