Rodrigo Valiente , full name Rodrigo Valiente Baraybar , (born July 20, 1989 in Maldonado ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.75 meter tall midfielder Valiente was a member of the Club Atlético Atenas team from 2006 until the end of August 2012 . For the club from the city of San Carlos , he played a game in the Primera División in the 2010/11 season and at least 23 games in the Segunda División in the two following seasons . A personal goal scoring Valientes is not recorded. He then worked for Deportivo Maldonado from the neighboring departmental capital until January 2014 . At the club from Maldonado, he ran in eleven games (no goal) in the second-highest Uruguayan division in the 2013/14 season. He then joined the Nicaraguan club Real Estelí , for which he completed 33 games (no goal) in the Primera División . End of January 2015 returned Valiente to Deportivo Maldonado back and came there in the Clausura 2015 to 13 second division appearances (no gate). At the beginning of July 2015 he was signed by the Walter Ferretti club, also based in Nicaragua . So far (as of April 1, 2017) he has been used in 43 top division games at the Managua club and scored two goals.
