Roger Aaron Brown
Roger Aaron Brown (born June 12, 1949 in Washington DC ) is an American actor .
After his film debut in 1950 , he only played numerous roles in film and television productions again from 1973, including in Spacecop LA 1991 , Robocop 2 and as a technician in Star Trek: The Film . Brown achieved international popularity at the latest through the lead role of Deputy Chief Joe Noland , whom he impersonated between 2000 and 2004 in the crime series The District - Operation in Washington . In 2007 he appeared as a recurring detective Carl Ames in the crime series Life .
