Roger L. Nichols

Roger L. Nichols (* 1933 ) is an American historian whose research interests are the Indians of North America .

Scientific activity

Nichols received his Ph. D. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison . From 1964 to 1965 he was Assistant Professor at Wisconsin State University, from 1965 to 1969 Associate Professor at the University of Georgia . Since 1970 he has been a professor at the University of Arizona at Tucson . He has contacts with German universities; He has given lectures and lectures at the universities of Tübingen , Cologne , Halle-Wittenberg and Bonn .
