Roger Vialleron (born January 16, 1926 in Saint-Étienne , † November 10, 2016 in Olonne-sur-Mer ) is a former French football player .

Career

Vialleron was included in the first division squad of AS Saint-Étienne in 1948 ; as a supplementary player he made his debut in the top French league, but did not get beyond four missions. In his second season, however, he ran on regularly. Despite all this, he had to leave the club in 1950 and found a new employer in AS Monaco in 1951 . At the club, which despite its affiliation to the Principality of Monaco participates in the French league system, Vialleron did not make the leap to a regular player in the second division team.

Nevertheless, he got the chance to move to the first division in 1952 when he signed with the Stade Rennes ; in Rennes, thanks to his versatility in midfield, he was back on the field more often. In 1953 he had to accept relegation to the second division with the club and belonged to this division for two years before ending his career in 1955 at the age of 29; In total, he played 48 first division games with two goals and 49 second division games with four goals.
