Roland Bürki

Roland Bürki (born April 10, 1906 , † May 25, 1984 ) was a Swiss writer .

Bürki worked as a teacher in Madiswil , Langenthal and Bern . He continued his education in literary history and psychology at the universities of Munich and Berlin . He worked on the Berner Woche and other magazines and newspapers. In 1936 he published his first book. Hugo Marti , Rudolf von Tavel , Waldemar Bonsels , Thomas Mann and Stefan Zweig influenced him.
