Rolandas Taraškevičius (2017)

Rolandas Taraškevičius (born November 3, 1975 ) is a Lithuanian politician, Vice Minister of Agriculture .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1981–1993 at the 4th Panevėžys Middle School , he graduated from 1993–1998 with a bachelor's degree in English language and literature at the Faculty of Humanities and from 1998 to 2001 the master’s degree in law at the Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in Kaunas . From 2004 he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania . 2007–2015 he was an agricultural attache in the Lithuanian representation at EU. Since 2017 he has been Vice Minister, Deputy of Bronius Markauskas in the Skvernelis cabinet .

Taraškevičius speaks English, French, Russian, Spanish, Polish.

With his wife Lina he has the children Vytautas and Tautvydas.
