Rolf D. Krause (born March 15, 1936 - † January 11, 2014 ) was a German politician, lawyer and notary. He sat from 1968 to 1970 for the National Democratic Party of Germany (NPD) and then as a non-attached member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg .

The NPD regional association Baden-Württemberg was founded in 1965. The party took part in the state elections in 1968 and was able to achieve the highest election result of the party in a state election with 9.8 percent of the vote. In this context, Rolf Krause was elected to the state parliament. He resigned from the party in December 1970 and then served as a non-attached MP until the end of his term in 1972. Krause complained that a small but active group, to which Peter Stöckicht also belonged, was following a course “that leads to the NSDAP ”.
