Rolf Wunderer

Rolf Wunderer (born October 21, 1937 in Meiningen ) is a German economist .

Life

Wunderer studied Business Administration (Diploma) and in 1967 at the State School of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with a thesis on system-building approaches of general business administration and their influence on the presentation of the entrepreneur to Dr. oec. publ. PhD. In 1974 he became a full professor of business administration, in particular corporate management and human resources, at the University of Essen . From 1983 to 2001 he was full professor for business administration, in particular leadership and personnel management, at the University of St. Gallen . There he also founded and directed the Institute for Leadership and Personnel Management (IFPM). He was visiting professor in Germany, the USA and Japan.
