European wheelchair basketball championship 2007

The 2007 European Wheelchair Basketball Championship was held from August 23 to September 2, 2007 in Wetzlar . The games took place in the Rittal Arena , home of the handball Bundesliga club HSG Wetzlar , with a capacity of 5,000 , and the August Bebel sports hall, home of the wheelchair basketball Bundesliga club RSV Lahn-Dill , with a capacity of 1,800 .

Semi-finals: Great Britain versus Germany. Dirk Köhler-Lenz (D) tries to prevent Jon Pollock (GB) from throwing a basket.

Men's

The twelve participating men's teams were divided into two groups of six teams. After the fifteen group games from August 25th to 30th, positions five to eight, nine to twelve and the semi-finals were played in cross-over games on August 31. The final and placement games took place on September 1st.
