Roman Borvanov (born March 31, 1982 in Chișinău ) is a former Moldovan tennis player .

Career

Borvanov played mainly on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour between 2004 and 2014 . He celebrated nine single and seven double victories on the Future Tour. On the Challenger Tour he won the doubles tournaments in Lubbock in 2008 and in Medellín and São Paulo in 2013.

Borvanov played for the Moldovan Davis Cup team from 2006 to 2013 . For this he appeared in 15 encounters; he achieved a score of 7: 3 in singles and one of 7: 5 victories in doubles.
