Career

Roman Týce grew up in Černiv and switched to the Sparta Praha juniors at the age of 13 . In the 1st Czech league he then prevailed at Slovan Liberec and in 1998 moved to TSV 1860 Munich , where he became a regular. In May 2005 he suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his right knee. Nevertheless, he extended his contract until mid-2006. On March 19, 2006, he suffered another cruciate ligament tear. In the summer of 2006 the "Löwen" extended his contract by one year with the option of a club for another year. But then it was no longer used. For the 2007/08 season he moved to the regional league team SpVgg Unterhaching , with whom he qualified for the newly created 3rd division . In the 2008/09 season he got four goals this season in 26 missions, in the following season Týce came due to injury only on 18 missions (one goal).

At the end of the 2010/11 season, Týce ended his active career. During the season he completed a coaching course at the Hennef sports school and on May 10, 2011, he obtained the A license as a football coach. For the 2011/12 season he took over as coach of the B-youth of the Unterhaching game association, as well as the assistant coaching position at the side of the new Hachingen head coach Heiko Herrlich .

In October 2012 Tyce founded the football school munichsoccercamp together with his friend Paul Agostino , whom he knows from his time at TSV 1860 Munich.

Roman Tyce is assistant coach for the U15 juniors at the Bavarian Football Association (BFV).
