Romed Wyder

Romed Wyder (* 1967 in Brig ) is a Swiss filmmaker .

Life

In 1995 he graduated from the film department of the Haute école d'art et design de Genève (HEAD) with a diploma. He became an active member of Cinéma Spoutnik and founded Laika Films in 1993 with five filmmakers. Romed developed a FAZ system and an online widget generator. He founded Paradigma Films SA in 2003. For twelve years he was a member of the Federal Film Commission and between 2005 and 2008 he was President of the Swiss Filmmakers Association for Film Directing and Scriptwriting. He has worked as a director, producer and screenwriter since 1990.

Wyder has lived in Geneva since 1989 .
