Ronan Blaney

Ronan Blaney is a screenwriter who was nominated for an Oscar for Best Short Film at the 2015 Academy Awards for his work on Boogaloo and Graham with Michael Lennox . For this film he also won a British Academy Film Award in 2015 together with Lennox and Brian J. Falconer . Blaney works part-time as a teacher at Brownlow Integrated College in Lurgan , Northern Ireland . In 2014 he wrote the play Pineapple for the Fast & Loose Festival in Belfast .
