Rosa Lohfeyer

Rosa Lohfeyer (born July 26, 1956 in Lofer ) is an Austrian AHS teacher, politician ( SPÖ ) and member of the National Council .

education and profession

Rosa Lohfeyer attended elementary school from 1962 to 1966 and then secondary school until 1970. Then Lohfeyer switched to a music-pedagogical grammar school, where she passed her Matura in 1974. Lohfeyer studied Romance studies and history at the University of Salzburg from 1974 and graduated in 1982 with the title Mag. Phil. and passed the teaching examination for French and history.

Rosa Lohfeyer completed her teaching internship at the Bundesrealgymnasium Salzburg from 1983 and 1984 and worked from 1984 to 1989 for the social counseling of the “Verein Treffpunkt” in Salzburg. Between 1989 and 1995 Lohfeyer was a teacher at the Hotel Management School Bad Hofgastein , in 1990 she was also a teacher at the Gymnasium Sankt Johann im Pongau and since 1990 she has worked as a teacher at the Missionsprivatgymnasium St. Rupert. Lohfeyer has been on leave since 2007.

politics

Lohfeyer has been the municipal representative of the municipality of St. Johann im Pongau since 2004 and was deputy district chairwoman of the SPÖ Pongau from 2005 to 2008 . In 2008 she took over the chairmanship of the district women's organization. Lohfeyer has been a member of the district executive committee of the SPÖ Pongau since 2005 and was also elected to the state executive committee of the SPÖ Salzburg in 2005.

Rosa Lohfeyer received her mandate after Erika Scharer's resignation and has been a member of the National Council since February 7, 2007. She was in the XXIII. Legislative period Member of the committees for research, innovation and technology, for petitions and citizens' initiatives, for transport and member of the incompatibility committee.
