Rosa Sels (born September 26, 1943 ) is a former Belgian cyclist .
Rosa Sels was one of the most successful road racing drivers in the early 1960s. In 1960 and 1963 she was vice world champion, and in 1964 she was third in the World Cup. In 1960 she also became Belgian champion and took several podium places at national championships.
Rosa Sels had four siblings. Her brother Edward became Belgian road champion in 1964, and her younger brother Karel was also a successful racing driver.
