Rosemarie Doms

Rosemarie Doms (* before 1945) is a German clinical psychologist and author .

Doms lived in Stuttgart during the Second World War and then studied psychology at the Universities of Freiburg and Mainz . She then worked as a clinical psychologist at the Clinic for Psychotherapy at the Mainz University Clinics .

She made her debut as an author in 2014 with the story In the Garden of My Childhood and won the German Garden Book Prize in the category “Best Garden Prose Book”. The prize was awarded by the jury at Schloss Dennenlohe . In 2017 she published the short stories The Little Butterfly Garden and When Winter Comes in My Garden ... in Thorbecke Verlag . Ursula März admires Dom's "devotion to the poetic representation of nature".
