Rosemarie Isopp (* 13. October 1927 in Vienna , † 5. June 2019 ) was an Austrian radio presenter of the ORF .

Life

After completing her acting training and some theater engagements, Rosemarie Isopp was able to present numerous radio programs such as Motorists on the Road - of which she has presented more than 3,000 issues in over 30 years -, Wiener Charme , Das Wiener Kriminalmuseum and Das Telefonische Wunschkonzert , but also as a children's book author ( The black clock , Das Püppchen Roswitha ) and author of several radio plays, achieve great popularity.

After several decades of public service, her successful work was recognized by the award of a professorship title.

Isopp supervised and accompanied small tour groups after she ended her job at ORF in 1988 and held slide presentations on the countries she visited , mainly in the Vienna people's education center Urania until 2015.

Her urn was buried in the grave of her mother Rosa Isopp (1896–1965) in the Inzersdorfer Friedhof (group 19, row 3, number 35) in Vienna.
