The Rosenegg is located in the district of Rielasingen-Worblingen in the district of Konstanz in Baden-Württemberg , Germany .
Location and surroundings
The mountain is located one and a half kilometers west of the municipality of Rielasingen-Worblingen, a few meters east of the Swiss border, in the Hegau natural area .
geology
The Rosenegg is of volcanic origin. The phonolith cone is only exposed in a few places. The specialty of the very hard Rosenegg ceiling tuff is the occurrence of a greenish black bronzite .
