Rosenheimer Volksstübl
The Rosenheimer Volksstübl in Rosenheim , a town in the administrative region of Upper Bavaria in the foothills of the Alps , is a residential and guest house . The building at Gillitzerstraße 10 (corner of Herzog-Otto-Straße) is a protected architectural monument .
description
The corner house was built in 1905/06 according to plans by the architect Franz Xaver Knöpfle . It has four floors and a subdivided roof zone. The guest room on the ground floor with historical furnishings and wall paintings has been renovated in an exemplary manner.
A former garden house on the ground floor, built after 1906, adjoins the enclosed garden to the west.
