Rosenstrasse 10 is a building in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of the same name . It is registered as an architectural monument under the number D-6-72-114-87 in the Bavarian Monument List .

history

The property was built as an oil mill in 1773 at Bad Kissinger Marbach . The L-shaped hipped roof building was originally one-story. There is an open staircase on the garden front.

In the middle of the 19th century a second floor was added and converted into a spa guesthouse.
