Rosita Kleinpeter

Rosita Kleinpeter (née Kühn ; born March 15, 1951 in Schmiedefeld am Rennsteig ) is a former functionary of the Free German Youth (FDJ) and the Socialist Unity Party of Germany (SED).

Life

Rosita Kleinpeter is a lower school teacher by profession. From 1971 she worked as a friendship pioneer leader. From 1973 to 1974 she studied at the Komsomol University in Moscow. She then acted as chairwoman of the pioneer organization Ernst Thälmann and secretary of the FDJ district management in Suhl until 1978 . From 1978 to 1980 she was the first secretary of the FDJ district management in Suhl. In 1979 she was elected to the secretariat of the district leadership of the SED Suhl. From 1980 to 1985 Rosita Kleinpeter was active in the central council of the FDJ , as department head of the FDJ and deputy chairwoman of the pioneering organization Ernst-Thälmann. In 1988 she became chairwoman of the women's commission of the district leadership of the SED Suhl. Rosita Kleinpeter is married and has one daughter.
